Privacy policy

This is a brochure site. It sets no cookies, it uses no analytics tool, and it sends nothing to an advertising network. No form on it collects your data.

In other words: reading these pages creates no personal data about you on our side.

If you call us on 06 83 88 64 45 or message us on WhatsApp, we keep what is needed to deal with your enquiry: your name, your number and what we discussed.

That information is used only to answer your enquiry and, if you enrol, to run your course. It is not sold, not passed on, and not used for marketing.

WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Your use of it is governed by Meta's privacy policy, over which we have no control.

An enquiry that does not lead to an enrolment is deleted after three years. A learner file is kept for the duration of the course and then for as long as our accounting and administrative obligations require.

The General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict its use and to object to its processing.

To exercise those rights, write to us at À COMPLÉTER or call us on 06 83 88 64 45. We answer within one month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, at www.cnil.fr.

This policy may change, in particular if we add online booking. The date it was last updated appears at the top of this page.
